I received your card thanking me for my order but in reality, I should be thanking you for the quality in service I received.   The installation representative was on time, quick, professional and friendly.  When I asked him to please check the spring release on the front screen door that was installed years ago, he did so with no hesitation at all!    I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is considering putting in a security screen in their home.  They look fabulous and are sturdy.  Keep up the good work!   P. We recently install a double steel shield door over our front door and a steel/wood slated gate to the backyard.  The installations were separated by several weeks.  Same salesman took the measurements and photos; from that information the doors and gate were a perfect installation.  Two different installers, again a perfect job, fast and very professional.  The doors really enchance the appearance the front of our home.  The gate; a recent installation, is also a enhancement and a blessing.  I stuggled with the wooden gate for a long time.  The the new gate is so smooth to use.  Yes, it cost money to install the products, but well worth it!  Wish we had both products install much earlier.  Thanks again, Mr. Maher.  You have a great group of employees. The entire process of ordering our door, getting it installed and using it has been superb and here is why:  1)      Dennis Schleu showed up promptly on 11/11/09 and took us through the steps of ordering the door in a very professional manner. 2)      Josie kept us informed about the door installation schedule using a very pleasant and efficient approach. 3)      On December 26, Tim showed up on time and answered all my questions as he installed the door using his experience to perfection. 4)      I have adjusted the door closer a couple of times using Tim’s instruction.  How sweet it works.  What a difference a well designed and made door closer makes. 5)      Every time I use the door, I marvel at the quality, appearance and the way it closes just right. Good Morning Michael, This is to commend your organization on the professionalism in obtaining a security door for our home – start to finish.  We just recently moved into the Valley a few months back, and we had spent weeks in researching the security door manufactures in the area.  We had gone out to the swap meet in Mesa and saw your booth there and was able to see firsthand the door quality fabrication you represent as well as a good discussion with your sales representative. We then set up a time when he could come out and specifically address our security needs.  He listened to all of our concerns and made recommendation for a front door design as well as color matching it to exactly of our home. The door was installed on Thanksgiving morning and only took a few hours to complete. After the technician was finished the door fit perfectly.  We cannot say enough of how well we are pleased with your door system  It is a great product as to value and robustness of design and of course security.  We are now looking for a design for the back of our home, and are excited and have recommended you to our neighbors. I would love to give a testimonial.  I'm in love with my door and thank you so much.
